File consists of records related to the Progress in Conservation Exhibition, organized by the National Conservation Research Laboratory and circulated by the National Gallery of Canada and presented at Dalhousie Art Gallery in May 1974.
Records consist of correspondence between Ernest Smith (Director, Dalhousie Art Gallery) and George Rogers (National Museum of Canada), newspaper clipping, floor plan, insurance documents, condition report, press release, and event calendar of the exhibition at Rothmans Art Gallery of Stratford in November 1973.
