Records were removed intact from their binder.

File contains 21.5 x 28 cm colour and black-and-white photocopies of Jenifer Darbellay's costume sketches for The Odyssey, produced by Two Planks and a Passion Theatre Company in Summer 2007. There are also 21 small (21 x 14 cm) ink sketches, some overlaid with watercolour paint, that appear to have been made during a meeting or read-through of the script.

Also contained in the file are an Arts Centre Committee agenda (31 May 2000), a letter of endorsement from Wendy Lill to Sheila Copps, Minister of Canadian Heritage, a notice of a public hearing on 20 June 2000 with presentation tips, and a printed announcement to potential donors regarding naming possibilities.
