File contains an undated business plan for the Maritime Centre for the Arts (later called Ross Creek Centre for the Arts), prepared by Chris O'Neill, project supervisor and co-artistic director of Two Planks and a Passion Theatre. Also contained in the file are an Arts Centre Committee agenda (31 May 2000), a letter of endorsement from Wendy Lill to Sheila Copps, Minister of Canadian Heritage, a notice of a public hearing on 20 June 2000 with presentation tips, and a printed announcement to potential donors regarding naming possibilities.
