Elisabeth Mann Borgese was a charter member of this organization. File includes regular newsletters from the group, which outline recent developments that relate the the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (i.e., ratifications), and other international issues that relate to the oceans (i.e., fishing disputes, pollution, etc.). Each newsletter contains a bibliography of recent publications relating to ocean law. The following issues are included: January/February 1984, March 1984, May 1984, September 1984, October/November 1984, December 1984, March/April 1985, May 1985, June 1985, August 1985, September/October 1985, November 1985, December 1985, February 1986, March 1986, April 1986, May 1986, June 1986, July 1986, August 1986, a bibliography from the September 1986 issue, December 1986, January 1987, March 1987, and April 1987.
