Item is a site plan showing the location of trees, shrubs, and other plants planted on Dalhousie University's Studley Campus in 1919 and 1920. The drawing shows the location of the plants in relation to the Science Building (now the Chemistry Building), the Macdonald Memorial Library (now the Macdonald Building), and various pathways. All of the plants are labeled.

Item is a map showing a survey of Provincial Water Grant No. 20618, in the Back Harbour of Chester, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. The surveys were conducted on June 10th and 11th, 1954 by Errol B. Hebb of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The map shows the shoreline along Shore Road, including wharves and lots currently or formerly owned by Clarissa Gibbs, James M. Allen, Andrew Anderson, C. Orchiltree MacDonald, E. R. Paxton, Elizabeth Allen, Verginia M. Allen, Mary L. Ritchie, Florence B. McCurdy, and William F. Bryans. There is also a small map of the Chester area inset in the upper left corner of the drawing.

Item is a contact sheet of six photographs of Mrs. James Sisk and Vice-President Donald McNeill looking at George Ramsay's bust and a portrait of Reverend John Forrest, third president of Dalhousie University. Mrs. Sisk is the granddaughter of George Munro, and the grand niece of John Forrest. Her father, Jacob Gould Schurman, was a professor of philosophy at Dalhousie in the 1880s before becoming president at Cornell University in 1892.
