The digital files were donated to the Archives on a compact disc. The disc was processed with the textual records and the files were transferred to the Archives' storage system on July 23, 2015. The label on the disc sleeve indicates the photographs were taken in December 2004 but the photograph metadata indicates the photographs were taken on October 12, 2004.
