File contains letters, post cards, greeting cards, and photographs sent to Ralph Kane by his uncle Sgt. A. Fraser Tupper, who was overseas with the Dalhousie Stationary Hospital No. 7 during WWI. The correspondence includes a scrapbook of postcards with cartoons, WWI propaganda, scenery, or other images on them; a photograph of Tupper in an envelope; a letter; and two Christmas cards with the stationary hospital's crest on them.
