Biographical history
Dean Brousseau is a Halifax-based cinematographer and photographer. Brousseau has an education from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University. Brousseau has worked as an instructor at the Centre for Arts and Technology in Halifax, teaching courses in cinematography, and as a Director of Photography in the film industry.
Custodial history
The tape was donated to the Dalhousie University Archives in 2013 by the Centre for Art Tapes.
Scope and content
Items consist of three video recordings by Dean Brousseau. "Catie" was a part of the 1986 video exhibition, "Life Like It", which featured Halifax-based video artists and traveled nationally.
