Dalhousie Theatre : Cloud Nine

File contains 14 costume designs for Dalhousie Theatre's 1989 production of Cloud Nine. The designs are pencil sketches on heavyweight paper. The sketches have been torn from a spiral bound sketchbook and some of the torn edges have not been cut off. The file also contains nine black and white photocopies of some of the sketches.

Files contains six set designs and 27 costume designs for Dalhousie Theatre's 1984 production of Grease. Photocopies of several of the costume designs are included and three of the costume designs are only present in photocopy form. Some of the costume designs have fabric swatches attached. Four envelopes of fabric swatches are also included.

File contains 17 costume designs for Dalhousie Theatre's 1989 production of Happy End. The sketches have all been torn into irregular shapes, mounted on corrugated cardboard, and spray painted with a brick pattern.

File contains fifteen watercolour sketches of costume designs for Dalhousie Theatre's 1989 production of Love for Love. Each sketch shows one character wearing their costume. The sketches are all cut out and mounted on dark orange matboards. Most of the sketches have a clear plastic sheet taped over them for protection.

Some of the sketches have fabric swatches attached.

Ten of the sketches are cut out and mounted on corrugated cardboard, with collages of newspaper articles in the background. The other eleven sketches are pencil and coloured pencil sketches on heavyweight paper.

Three of the sketches are covered by a clear plastic sheet which is attached on all four sides with masking tape.

Item is a program created by Dalhousie Theatre Productions for the 1983 season production of William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. The production was directed by Roger Blay and features a cast and crew of Dalhousie University students. The program contains a list of the cast and crew, and advertisements from Neptune Theatre and organizations at Dalhousie University.

Dalhousie University : past, present, and the future

File contains two copies of a booklet called Dalhousie University, which was produced by the Dalhousie Million Committee as promotional literature supporting the university's 1920 Million Dollar Campaign. The booklet, subtitled "Dalhousie, past, present and the future," outlines the university's accomplishments and plans and spells out the financial costs of fulfilling its vision. The booklet's illustrations of historic and contemporary Dalhousie people and buildings were drawn by Arthur Lismer and commissioned for a commemorative history of of the university published the same year.

One copy of the booklet contains a newspaper clipping about Frank Darling.
