File is an audio reel containing a report on Citizens for Local Economic Development, an organization interested in the local business priorities of the Nova Scotia government. Their members include economist Michael Bradfield, Atlantic Canada studies specialist Cyril Byrne, Halifax lawyer Mary Clancy. Technical University of Nova Scotia engineering student Heather Johnstone, economist Martha MacDonald, and geologist Alan Ruffman. Mike Hymers attended their news conference, and gave this report to CKDU. The report aired July 16, 1986 and was rebroadcast July 16, 1986 on The Evening Affair and July 17, 1986 on The Wireless.
