Scope and content

Series consists of photos taken or commissioned by Scott Paper Company. These photos are primarily of scenes in or around Sheet Harbour, Nova Scotia, including images of the pulp factory and other buildings, pulp ships, and natural disasters including flooding and hurricane damage, as well as factory equipment and machinery, and employees. There are also "microphotos" that show different varieties of pulp fabricated by the company from a microscopic range. Many of the photos are not dated, and people in the photos are not identified. Material in this series has been removed to the archives' photographic collection (PC-4).
