File contains photographs of Aubrey Williams, Dr. Robert Moore and Henry D. Hicks at the presentation of the mural. The mural was commissioned by Prime Minister L. Forbes Burnham of Guyana who received an LL.D in the fall of 1977. The mural was displayed in the Howe Hall.
