Finlayson; A. Fraser; M. G. Burris; R. W. Maclellan; J. Rankin; J. A. Fraser (Captain); Norman Chester Ralston; L. Buckley; H. W. Flemming; J. J. MacDonald; E. B. Jonah; R. W. Rive; and E. K. McLellan sitting or standing in three rows around a trophy. The caption "Champions of Eastern Canada" is included on the matboard.

Both copies of photograph are mounted on matboards. One matboard has white stains on it and its lower left corner is damaged.
