Scope and content

File comprises the stage manager's prompt script for Two Planks and a Passion Theatre's 2005 touring production of the musical Pélagie. Directed and co-written by Vincent de Tourdonnet and Allen Cole, the musical premiered at CanStage in Toronto and The National Arts Centre in Ottawa before being produced by Two Planks and a Passion with a bilingual cast alternating performances in French and English. It was translated by Antonine Maillet, author of the Prix Goncourt-winning novel Pélagie-la-charrette, on which the musical is based. Records include company list and contact information, a preset list and a show report.
