File is an audio reel containing a recording of a panel discussion at the 2nd annual Multimedia Festival Conference, hosted by the Aboriginal Communications Society at Dalhousie University. The panel, made up of politicians and journalists discussed the value of free press in a self-governing society. Excerpts from the discussion were prepared by CKDU's Heather Hueston. The recording aired July 11, 1988 and was rebroadcast July 12, [1988] on Title Waves and July 13, [1988] on The Evening Affair.
