Biographical history
David Clark is a media artist who utilizes the internet as a cinematic format. Clark also uses an experimental narrative form within his media work. Clark is a professor in Media Arts at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Clark’s education includes Fine Arts in 1984 at the University of Calgary, a BFA in 1985 at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, and a MFA in 1989 from the School of Art Institute of Chicago

Stephan Schulz is a multi-disciplinary artist who uses electronic media and custom made software to create performative electronic installations. Schulz was born in East Berlin, Germany in 1978, and received a MFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University in 2007. Schulz became associated with the Centre for Art Tapes in 2009 because their video recording on a compilation entitled “New Media Projects” became a part of the centre’s tape collection.

Kenneth Doren was a Canadian multi-media artist. He had exhibited his artwork nationally and internationally. His artwork used musical interventions and political discourse utilizing video and performance. Doren became associated with the Centre for Art Tapes in 2009 because their video recordings became a part of the centre’s tape collection.

Lucas Dambergs is an artist who worked with interactive installation, video and experimental animation. Dambergs ecame associated with the Centre for Art Tapes in 2008 because their video “Installation proposal: Playing in the Blanks” became a part of the centre’s tape collection.
Custodial history
The tape was donated to the Dalhousie University Archives in 2013 by the Centre for Art Tapes.

Item consists of video recordings and interactive art projects entitled "A is for Apples", "Explicit Traces", "Pathetic Piano", and "Playing Between the Lines".
