File is an audio reel containing a lecture by Dr. Paul Connett, a chemistry professor at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, on the incineration of waste. Dr. Connett spoke at Dalhousie University at the invitation of the Ecology Action Centre and Dalhousie's Public Interest Research Group (PIRG). The lecture is in two parts (11 min., 27 sec. and 13 min., 40 sec.). Both parts aired December 3, 1991. Part 1 was rebroadcast December 4, 1991 on Title Wves and January 5, 1993 on The Evening Affair. Part 2 was rebroadcast December 4, 1991 on Title Waves; April 22, 1992 at 11:30 am; and January 5, 1993 on The Evening Affair.
