Adams discusses her involvement with LGBT choirs, organizations, and political activism in the 1980s and 1990s; her coming out experience, her work in libraries, her thoughts on the sociopolitical environment in Antigonish, and her spirituality. The interview was conducted by Oscar Campbell on November 5th, 2021 as part of the Nova Scotia LGBT Seniors’ Archive’s Lesbian Oral Histories Project.
