The program challenges people to stop smoking based on a buddy-system, and provides initiatives such as a trip to the Florida if the person stops. MacIntosh discussed how the program would work in Nova Scotia, particularly at Dalhousie. The interview was conducted by CKDU's Renee Pace. The episode was recorded on October 19, 1990, and was broadcast on October 17, 1990 on Title Waves, a CKDU program.
