Kroese spoke with CKDU's Kris Pekarek about dioxins in pulp mill waste as detected in shellfish living in waterways contaminated by mills. The interview aired April 7, 1988 and was rebroadcast April 15, [1988] on Title Waves and The Evening Affair.
