File is an audio reel containing an interview with Michael Valpy on his former career as African correspondent for the Globe and Mail. Valpy spoke at the Dalhousie Art Gallery as part of the African Worlds Exhibition and Lecture Series in October 1988 and afterwards spoke to CKDU's Laurie Cook. The interview aired October 20, 1988 on The Evening Affair, CKDU's evening public affairs program and was rebroadcast October 24, 1988 on Title Waves, another CKDU radio program.
