File is an audio reel containing an interview with Marion Dewar, the national president of the New Democratic Party (NDP), former mayor of Ottawa, and deputy chair of the Council of Canadians. She spoke with CKDU's Ken Burke while in Halifax for a Council of Canadians meeting and spoke about the threat posed by a free trade agreement with the United States. The interview aired September 14, 1986 and was rebroadcast on Title Waves September 15, 1986; September 19, 1986; and October 14, 1986.
