Dr. Petras spoke with CKDU's Andy Willis about the implications and motivations of market socialism in China and the Soviet Union. The interview was recorded on January 7, 1988 and aired January 10, 1988 on Title Waves, a CKDU radio program. It was rebroadcast January 20, 1988 on Title Waves.
