File is an audio reel containing an interview with Ish Teilheimer, the president of Operation Dismantle, an organization objecting to proposed government spending for nuclear-powered submarines. Teilheimer spoke with CKDU's Heather Hueston about the proposal while in Halifax to speak to the Canadian Mayors attending the Federation of Canadian Municipalities conference. The interview aired June 3, 1988 and was rebroadcast June 3, 1988 on Title Waves; June 6, 1988 on Title Waves; and September 15, 1988 at 12 pm.
