File is an audio reel containing an interview with Ian Townsend Gault, a specialist in ocean law and resource policy at Dalhousie University. Gault spoke with CKDU's Kris Pekarek about the George's Bank dispute, a controversy over Texaco Canada's plans to drill on the bank, which is one of the most fertile fishing grounds in Atlantic Canada and a main source of income for south shore fishermen. The interview aired November 9, 1987 and was rebroadcast September 7, 1988.
