File is an audio reel containing an interview with George Erasmus, Chief of the Assembly of First Nations. He visited Dalhousie University on March 13, 1989 to speak with to students. The interview is in two parts; this is the first part, which includes information on the department of Indian Affairs' proposed Post-Secondary Education Policy. It aired March 14, 1989 and was rebroadcast April 6, 1989 on The Evening Affair.
