File is an audio reel containing an interview with Doctor Bernard Lapointe, principal health advisor for the Federal Centre for AIDS, about the benefits and drawbacks of testing for HIV. Lapointe was one of the speakers who participated in activities sponsored by Nova Scotia's Persons with AIDS as part of 1990's AIDS Awareness Week. The interview was conducted by CKDU's Brenda Barnes. The episode was recorded on October 17, 1990, and was broadcast on October 18, 1990, and October 22, 1990, and October 30, 1990 on Title Waves and The Word Is Out, CKDU programs.
