File is an audio reel containing an interview with Bill McKiggan and Chuck Lapp on their film "No Harbour for War," a documentary broadcast by Vision TV. The film includes footage of the departure of a fleet of Canadian warships from CFB Halifax for the Persian Gulf on August 24, 1990 and premiered at the Atlantic Film Festival on September 27, 1991. The interview aired January 3, 1992 and was rebroadcast January 3, 1992 at 10:30 am; January 6, 1992 on Title Waves; and January 15, 1992 on The Evening Affair.
