Item is a videocassette of "an eccentric circle cinema workshop release." Rosenthal, a Canadian poet formerly with acute leukemia, discusses what it means to be a terminal cancer patient, as well as how the medical system works from a patient's point-of-view. The video was requested by Norma Wylie from the School of Nursing.

Item, a photograph, is related to materials in Thomas Head Raddall's photograph album, 1917-1927. The photograph comes a collection of official photographs produced by the Daily Mail during the Great War. The Prince of Wales stands to the left of King George. Generals William Norris Congreve and Sir Henry Seymour Rawlinson are standing in the foreground on the right. General Congreve is identified with an x over his head, though the the identification may be erroneous.

This lecture series sponsored and organized by the Dalhousie Medical School and focused on a variety of subjects by lecturers invited to speak about specialized areas of medicine. The lectures were held each Friday by the School from the 1970s to the 1990s. This video was requested by Dr. Paterson from the Department of Family Medicine.
