Also includes a final report from an International Symposium on Oceanic Ventures, a statement by Driss given at UNCLOS (the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea), and the Tunis declaration on ocean venture.
File contains a biographical statement, a table of contents, "Oil possibilities of the Indian Ocean", an address given at Pacem in Maribus IV, a newspaper clipping, a report regarding international cooperation in outer space, "The UN conference on the law of the sea and the transnational factor" (J. Gattung), "A statement on the future law of the sea" (A. Pardo - two different versions), and a copy of the changes to the UN Charter (1970).
