This sub-series contains materials regarding the Centre for Art Tapes Workshop Committee. Records include workshop course outlines, calendars, pamphlets, evaluations forms, letters of agreement with instructors, materials, meeting minutes, promotional material, photographs, correspondence, proposals and reports.

Video Workshops

This sub-series contains materials regarding Centre for Art Tapes video workshops. Records include workshop materials, correspondence and workshop descriptions.

Video Scholarship

This sub-series contains materials regarding the Centre for Art Tapes Video Scholarship, wherein participants received an honorarium, access to equipment and facilities, workshop instruction and a premiere of the final work. This sub-series contains records pertaining to the Centre for Art Tapes Programming Committee. Records include distribution materials, project proposals, correspondence, promotional event materials including photographs and posters, meeting minutes and programming schedules.

Program 5 Grant

This sub-series contains materials regarding Program 5, a video training grant developed in collaboration with Centre for Art Tapes, the Atlantic Filmmakers Cooperative, Shortworks Film and Video Training and Canadian Broadcasting Television. It was variously referred to as Five Minute Video Productions, 5 Minute Film Program, 5 Minute Film and 5 Minute Production Grants. Records include graphic materials, promotional materials, correspondence, signed agreements, signed employee waivers, video scripts and applications.

Production committee

This sub-series contains mandates, reports, minutes, employment agreements, correspondence, proposals, and lists of committee members of the Centre for Art Tapes Production Committee, which is responsible for production facilities and services.

Press

This series consists of newspaper clippings, photocopies of articles, magazines, press checklists, publicity packages, graphic materials and exhibition catalogues.

Performance Scholarship

This sub-series contains materials regarding the Centre for Art Tapes Performance Scholarship, which was created to encourage creative works from artists new to the medium, with final performances presented at Eye Level Gallery.

Peggy's Festival
