Item is seven pages of correspondence. Includes a four-page letter dated March 3, 1969 from W. L. Fillmore to Thomas H. Raddall, a six page letter dated March 3, 1969 from W. L. Fillmore to John MacQuarrie (contains annotations), and one card dated December 1968 from H.O. Maddens to W. L. Fillmore.

Item is a two-page copy of a newspaper article title "From biplanes to jets, pioneer knew them all" dated January 8, 1970 from the Halifax Chronicle Herald and a short obituary for Donald W. Saunders from Dalhousie Alumni News dated March 1970.

"Documents in the case of the King vs. Daniel Hurley, Liverpool, N.S. 1816-17"

Item is eight pages of documents used in the case of the Kind vs. Daniel Hurley, Liverpool N.S., 1816-1817. A note on the front page reads "Copied from the original documents in the possession of William Shepherd, former Prothonotary of Queens County. They were copied for the Canadian Archives at Ottawa by Charles Warman in 1918, according to pencil notes on each document. In 1960 Shepherd turned the documents over to Jones & Milford, lawyers, Liverpool."

Item is a photograph of the 2nd Brigade and Canadian 1st Division. Brigadier Lipsett can be seen in the centre, with Major Prower, the commander of the 8th battalion, to his right. Captain T.H. Raddall, Sr. is standing at the right of the photograph, and is the adjutant of the 8th battalion.

Item is a photograph of the Elmwood Hotel, which was originally a mansion built by Joshua Newton, who was the son-in-law of Simeon Perkins. The Perkins house is on the left, though it is not visible. In about 1942, the hotel was purchased by the Canadian Navy, and was used during WWII as a living quarters and offices for naval personnel whose ships were undergoing refit at the Thompson Machinery Co. Ltd. plant. After the war ended in 1949, the hotel was torn down, and the site became the lawn in front of the artillery training quarters.

Item, a photograph, has a stamp marking it copyright to the Province of Ontario Department of Lands & Forests on the reverse side. Grey Owl stands in the middle of the photograph, with James Espaniel on his left, and Gordon Longevin on his right. The date indicates this was near the beginning of Grey Owl's "Indian masquerade".

Item is a photograph that was used on the jacket of his first published set of short stories, "The Pied Piper of Dipper Creek". The book was published by Blackwood. A duplicate copy can be found in MS-2-202, Box 55, Folder 1.
