Disarmament drafts

File contains a draft manuscript of "Disarmament and Development," a report of the Reshaping the International Order (RIO) Foundation, as part of their disarmament and development project. The report was prepared by Elisabeth Mann Borgese and Dirk A. Leurdijk, and this copy was edited/annotated by Borgese. The manuscript also contains the following position papers: "Disarmament in the Context of the International Economic Order" by Graciela Chichilnisky, "Disarmament and Development: Their Interrelationships" by Nicole Bell and Milton Leitenberg, "Disarmament and Development: The Perspective of Security" by Bert V.A.
