Series contains 3.5" computer discs. The scope and content note for each box of discs is based on the disc labels. The discs were not in any particular order.

Reference cards

Series contains a collection of Brian Hall's reference cards used for citations. Materials include two sharp card sorters used for cohesively organising and finding individual groups of cards. There are approximately 20 000 reference cards. The cards deal with a variety of scientific topics, including but not limited to: the effects of mechanical stress on cartilage in vitro; a clinical overview of neurofibramitosis; and the growth of the facial skeleton in the hominoidea. The card sorters are located in Box 6.

Ian McLaren's correspondence

Series contains letters from colleagues and students as well as committee-related correspondence. Correspondence related to McLaren's service on environmental committees external to Dalhousie is found in that series.

Series consists of the research material for Peter B. Waite's "Lives of Dalhousie University, Vol.1. Includes notes from the Dalhousie Gazette, President's reports, yearbooks, President's Office and departmental files and the private manuscripts of professors and administrators. Also includes a 1906 Dalhousie College dance card and a Dalhousie University Concert and Sterroptican Views Card.

Series consists of academic files of Peter B. Waite, including correspondence; reports; examination questions; Dalhousie University Faculty Council meeting documents and various committee meeting documents.

Peter B. Waite's personal diaries collection

Series consists of Peter B. Waite's daily personal diaries collection covering the period 1925/1926, 1929, 1931-1933, 1938-1950, 1954, 1956, 1958, 1962-1963. The diaries may have been kept by his mother, Mary (Craig) Waite with descriptions about European trips and recipes.

Gil Winham's teaching records

Series contains course materials created by Gil Winham for classes taught at McMaster University; the Department of Political Science at Dalhousie University; and at the Schulich School of Law. These include courses in American foreign policy, theories of international relations, diplomacy and negotiation, and international trade law. Record types include lecture notes, syllabi, reading lists, examinations and correspondence.

R. Graham Murray's appointment certificates

Series includes R. Graham Murray's certificate of distinction from Dalhousie Law School; a certificate of appointment as member of the Board of Commissioners of Victoria General Hospital; and a certificate of appointment as vice chairman of the Health Services and Insurance Commission.
