Exhibition - Douglas Duncan bequest

File contains typed correspondence dated June 1, 1973, and sent on "Office of the Prime Minister" letterhead from Pierre Elliott Trudeau, as related by his private secretary, Cécile Viau, and sent to Kenneth Leslie. File expresses that the "Prime Minister was very please to receive a copy" of 'O'Malley to the Reds' and offers appreciation at Leslie's "thoughtful gesture".

Erie and Superior Community Project

Subseries contains records created and collected by Gil Winham during his work on the Erie and Superior Community Project, which analyzed the capacity of ten Ontario communities to manage water quality. This project was initiated by Gil Winham and P.A. Globensky, funded by the Government of Canada, and located at McMaster University, where Winham was teaching. Records types include correspondence; grant applications; research materials; a copy of the final report; and a subsequent analysis of the project data.

John Ditsky : [poetry reading]

File consists of records related to a poetry reading by John Ditsky, a professor in the Department of English at the University of Windsor, held at Dalhousie Art Gallery on October 6, 1975.

Records consist mainly of correspondence between Bruce W. Ferguson (Director, Dalhousie Art Gallery) and John Ditsky. Many letters are handwritten. File also includes invoices and purchase orders, interdepartmental memos, an invitation card, and a blank form of a report to The Canada Council on the Public Reading.

File consists of records related to the CODCO performance held at Dalhousie Art Gallery on March 19, 1975.

Records consist of photocopies of newspaper articles and Walter Learning(Director of Playhouse Theatre) correspondence about Halifax playing dates and invoices. The articles include "It's non-stop comedy with Cod on a stick," written by Urjo Kareda from the December 10, 1973 issue of the Toronto Star, "Newfie joke is on us, folks!" written by Frank Rasky from the November 5, 1975 issue of the Toronto Star, and six other articles regarding reviews of the previous shows.
