Item consists of an offprint from the Summer 1959 issue of the Dalhousie Review (pages [208]-218), containing the text of an address delivered by President Alexander Enoch Kerr about the the recent celebration of three different anniversaries related to the life and activities of John Calvin in Geneva, Switzerland in the sixteenth century.
Fonds comprises records documenting Henry Hicks' political career and tenure as president of Dalhousie University, as well as his earlier studies at Oxford University and his military service in World War II. There are also records regarding his stamp collecting hobby, his community service, and his long involvement with associations such as the Rhodes Scholarship Committee.
