Short stories included in the anthology are as follows: "The House on High Street," "The Courtship," "Elliot's Daughter," "Mrs. Garibaldi and Leonardo," "Mrs. MacIntosh," "The Canoe Trip," "The Losers," "The Dress," and "Janetta's Confinement."
File contains twelve typewritten versions of the short story "Mrs. MacIntosh." This short story was published in "Islands in the Harbour, a collection of stories...", 1990 and "The Courtship," 1994.
File contains thank you cards hand drawn and written by students, given to Budge Wilson on her school tours, including those from the Lady Eaton School in Omemee, Ontario.
File contains two annotated drafts of Budge Wilson's short story "The Reunion," and a copy of the story as it appeared in The Sunday Star, as the Judges' Choice for the Star short story contest. One of the drafts bears the pseudonym "Anna MacGregor."
