Item is a photograph of William Halo and a lady friend. Halo was born c. 1922 in Lebanon, the son of Joseph Halo and Badiah Summarah. Halo married Mounera Chediac in 1948, and died in Florida in 1991.
Item is a portrait photograph of Brian and Jean Bailey. Brian and Jean were one of many guest children who came to Canada from England during WW2. Jean and her Brother Brian stayed with Mr. E.G. Irish and his family in Pictou, Nova Scotia. The children, Brian age 13 and Jean age 15, returned to England in July of 1945 after spending 5 years with the Irish family.
Item is a photograph of Allister Duncan McDonald, born August 2, 1892 in Sunny Brae, and his wife, Ida Pearl Giffin (1894-1951). The couple had no children, and McDonald died in 1963 in New Glasgow.

File contains photographs of Lester Hattie, who was born circa 1913, and married Beth Whiteway. They had three children, Scott, Jeannie, and Stewart. Hattie died May 16, 2004 in New Glasgow.
