Radio-active tactics

Item consists of an audio recording by Radio-active Tactics and features: Side A: "Rejecting the Mainstream", "The Transmission Under the Hood", "Halifax Food Chain Letter to You" and Side B: "Messin’ With That's Not Nice", "Call in Sick", and "Ear to a Prison Wall". The recordings were produced at the Centre for Art Tapes, CKDU-FM, NSCAD and the Banff Centre for the Arts.

A portrait of survival soundtrack

Item consists of a soundtrack from the video "A Portrait of Survival" by Gordon Laurin and Roger Lewis. The video is a collage portraiture of survivors of AIDS, cancer, and child abuse. Due to the nature of some of the participant’s conditions, all of their names are withheld to protect their anonymity within the video. This project is dedicated to Randy Connors, Victorr D’Entremont, Ray McClair, and Ron Savoy. Music composed, performed, and mixed by Gordon Laurin and Roger Lewis.
