Second meeting of the executive committee : an overview of the issues to be discussed / Yoshio Suzuki

File consists of a paper issued in advance of the May 3-5, 1996 meeting in Lisbon, by Dr. Yoshio Suzuki, and it was prepared following discussions with Professors Iguchi, Okuhara, and Fuse of the Japan Commission on the Oceans. File contains a photocopied excerpt from "Voices for the Oceans" edited by R. Rajagopalan and published by the International Ocean Institute Operational Centre in Madras, India. The report summarizes the views of 200 individuals consulted over four public hearings. The excerpt also includes a preface to the work written by Eduardo Faleiro.
