On back of print: "Souvenir of Sydney Cadet Camp 1921. From C.J. Gallant, Capt." The photograph has 2 officers, a nursing sister and an unidentified man sitting on a set of wooden stairs.

Sister W.I. Thompson's Ward of German Prisoner's with Dr. Ells in Charge.

Photograph includes Nursing Sister W. I. Thompson on the right ; Nursing Sister S. Churchill; Nursing Sister J. A. Davidson; Nursing Sister S.A. Archard ; Nursing Sister C. S. Smith; Dr. Ells (located behind Sister Archard) and Dr. Banting (located behind Sister Thompson)who were both visiting the unit. Also included, Ned Clay, who took a lot of the photographs for the unit, he is located in front of the tent with a cigarette.

Back of photograph includes names and a note "Dr. Ells was with us that time as a transfer from Line Duty, formerly from Sheffields Mills, NS. Dr. Banting was visiting the unit."
