The file also contains copies of correspondence, including a proposal ("Pacific Ocean Law") from Francis Auburn, and a letter concerning Pacem in Maribus (PIM) by K.O. Emery. The file also contains an outline of the the International Ocean Institute (IOI)'s associates, disucssions of Pacem in Maribus (PIM) VUU and the RIO (Reshaping the International Order) project, and a list of members of the Council. Several of the pages have handwritten notes by Elisabeth Mann Borgese, likely taken at the sessions.
