Item is a photograph taken during the construction of Eliza Ritchie Hall at Dalhousie University. The photograph shows a man on a ladder working on a window on the unfinished building. The photograph is taped to a sheet of paper with notes on it and it was used in Volume 17, No. 15 of Dal News.
