The exhibition was presented at Dalhousie Art Gallery from February 20 to April 6, 1986. A lecture was held in conjunction with the Book Work exhibition entitled "The Conservation of Books and Bookbindings" by Mr. Emrys Evans on March 3, 1986.
Records consist mainly of correspondence. Also includes an invitation list for the exhibition opening, customs listing, news releases, six photographs of the exhibition display cases, and a pamphlet entitled "Book Work : Diversity & Standards in the Modern Craft of Hand Bookbinding" created by the Guild of Book Workers.
