Calendars and programs

The series consists of calendars and programs for various Dalhousie Art Gallery events from 1965 to 2008, with one or two copies of each issue. Information includes schedules of exhibitions, films, lectures, presentations, concerts, lunch-hour events, special events, gallery hours and contact information.

Films - lunch hour series 1969-70

File consists of records related to the organizing, planning, and presenting of the Lunch Hour Series film screenings produced by the Dalhousie Art Gallery during the period of 1969-1970.

Records consist mainly of publicity notes including the date and times of each screening, the film title, a short description, and list of coinciding exhibitions open at the gallery.

Films - lunch hour series 1970-71

File contains draft copies of lunch hour screening schedules produced by the Dalhousie Art Gallery from 1970-1971. Also includes newspaper clipping, billing to Art Gallery, and time report from technical manager.

Films 1968-69

File consists of records related to the organizing, planning, and presenting of the Lunch Hour Series and Evening Series film screenings produced by the Dalhousie Art Gallery during the period of 1968-1969.
