The CGS "Arctic" was captained by Captain Joseph-Elzear Bernier; the officer in charge was John Davidson (J.D.) Craig and squadron leader Robert A. Logan was the air board representative. The expedition achieved the northern most point of 76˚20’ N which is located around the Baffin Bay.
