Item is a notebook containing minutes of the Executive Committee of the Dalhousie Alumnae Association meetings held between December 18, 1918 and Spring 1935. Inserted in the front matter are postcards announcing meetings, a ballot for the Alumnae Governor and a typed extract from the July 9, 1881 minutes of the Board of Governors concerning the admission of women to the college.

File contains handwritten and typed reports from the executive to the members, including treasurer's reports, for 1893, 1894, 1895, 1896, and 1901. There are also published notices of the 1888 and 1897 annual general meetings and a photocopy of the 1887 annual meeting notes as they appeared in the Dalhousie Gazette.
