File consists of a catalogue for 'Joe Plaskett and his Paris : in search of time past', organized by the Fine Arts Gallery of the University of British Columbia to be circulated by the National Gallery of Canada. The exhibition was presented at Dalhousie Art Gallery in March 1972.

Catalogue contains a biography of Plaskett, diary excerpts, photographs of Plaskett's studio and artworks, list of artworks in the show, and a variety of other texts structured like a novel (prologue, prelude, epilogue, etc.).

File consists of records related to the exhibition 'Plaskett', a collection of pastel drawings by Joseph Plaskett organized by the Art Center of the University of New Brunswick for the Atlantic Provinces Art Circuit (APAC). The exhibition was presented at Dalhousie Art Gallery in May 1970.
