Photograph shows (from left to right) Tom Lackie, Art Gallery staff; Mary McLaughlin, Art Gallery staff; and Dr. Wilkie Kushner, Dalhousie Health Services. Dr. Kushner was the creator of the art in the photo. His artwork was part of the Student, Staff, and Alumni Exhibit at the Dalhousie Art Gallery in 1977.

Item is a photograph of a Tramp Art style doll cradle. The cradle was made by an artist in Pictou County, Nova Scotia around 1900. Each part was whittled and fitted together without the use of glue or nails. The cradle was made in the "crown of thorns" tradition because of the spiked ends.
