This file contains meeting notes originally housed in a large binder with other United Nations (UN) materials and the contents of MS-2-744, Box 117, File 4 and MS-2-744, Box 117, File 5, MS-2-744, Box 117, File 6, and MS-2-744, Box 117, File 7. The meetings were chaired by President Amerasinghe or Jens Evensen.
File contains several drafts of the paper, along with a speech introducing the discussion paper. Much of the paper deals with the International Seabed Authority (ISA) and Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLoS).
Item consists of two discourses written by William Ellis, likely in the late-1770s. The items are bound dos-a-dos, with Discourse no.1 starting at front cover to the middle of the booklet and Discourse no.2 starting at the back cover to the middle of the booklet.

File contains 2 copies of a directory of graduates and former students of Dalhousie University published in September 1937. The directory is an update of a similar directory published by the Dalhousie Alumni Association in 1925.
